Building Use Policy
Building Use Policy and Procedures:
POLICY:
- Father's House (FH) will allow persons to use the 1203 Royal Drive Facilities on an individually approved basis. A "Community Building Use" form should be completed at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
- A representative key-holder of FH shall be on the premises before and after the event to ensure facilities are cared for and returned to original set-up. This representative shall not be responsible for set-up or clean-up of the event unless they so choose to assist.
- Use of FH technical equipment (i.e. soundboard, mics, projector, etc) will require the promoter to hire a FH technical representative to run equipment, at $25/hr, with a 2 hr minimum, unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance.
- All rooms must be returned to their standard set up prior to leaving the event.
- A key-holder will be there to answer any questions and lock all the doors.

- An $80-$200 fee per day may be required depending on event size and promoter needs.
- All rooms, including but not limited to: sanctuary, foyer, classrooms, multipurpose room, and nursery must be returned to their standard set-up immediately following the event.
- Key Holder representative shall be available at the end of event to answer questions regarding clean-up and to ensure all sets of exterior doors are locked and all event attendees have exited the premises.
- A "Community Building Use" form must be completed and approved by the church office administrator no less than 2 weeks prior to the event. All special needs must be disclosed at this time.
- Once the form is approved by the office you will be contacted and a fee may be required or waived at this time.
- At least one week prior to your event a "Procedure Check List" will be emailed to you listing all that will be required at the completion of your event.
